Joining the
Sun Dragon Clan

Our Sun Dragon Clan (SDC) is a group of adventurers in Clan Lord (an Online Massive Multiplayer Roleplaying game produced by Delta Tao Software). See the Clan Lord Home Page for more information.

The SDC is for people who play Clan Lord only, if you do not already play Clan Lord we invite you to give the game a try by downloading the demo at the above site. Once in the game seek out the SDC and we will be glad to assist you.

As a prospective SDC member, there are a few things you should be aware of before you join. Above all else, the SDC is a diplomatic and helpful clan. We seek to improve Puddleby and the lives of all of its citizens. We also seek to destroy undine and other dark forces that threaten the well being of the pure and innocent.

We try to understand the mysteries of the universe and to put what we have learned into constructive uses. Our Clan Virtues are: Helpfulness, Courtesy, Honor, Liberality, and Bravery. Anyone interested in joining the SDC should embrace these values. Basically we are here to have fun, help others, and please don't be a jerk or you won't be invited by SDC.

The best way to join the Sun Dragon Clan is to meet the members! You can do this by looking for Sun Dragons in Puddleby or by attending the weekly Clan Hunts which are held every Saturday morning at 1pm Eastern time (10 am Pacific time). We meet on the south side of Puddleby in the little building with the sign of the Sun. Check our hunt scroll for more information.

Once you meet the Sun Dragons, ask one of them to be your sponsor. If you can't find a sponsor immediately then you can also apply for membership by following the steps presented below:

- Fill out the application, which you will find the link for below

- The application will be reviewed by the council and you will be asked to find a sponsor or if you request, a sponsor will be assigned to you

- Then the council will ask for a recommendation from your sponsor on
your membership

- If your sponsor suggest you join the SDC, we will solicit comments
from the general SDC membership on your joining

- If there are no objections to you joining the SDC you are put on
the list of approved initiates.

- The initiation is done before (or just after) a clan hunt by
one of the council members
